Weekly golf tip with Brad Redding (Jan. 20, 2016)
Weight
Losing your balance during a swing tends to come from the weight being on your heels at address. Every athletic sport I know is played from the middle of your feet, from the arch to the balls of your feet. If your weight is on your heels your ankles will not be mobile. The ankles need to be mobile in a golf swing. To find the proper weight placement at address, set up in a proper posture and rock your weight from your heels to your toes and then find the middle.
