Weekly golf tip with Brad Redding (Nov. 1, 2016)
Range Finder
Most golfers hit the ball much shorter than they think. You want to know how far you hit each club so you can select the proper club on the golf course. You can also use it to see if what you have been working on in your swing has improved your distance. I use a Bushnell Range Finder. When you go to the range to practice, laser the distance to the pin flags. Make notes on the distance each club flies. This will also help you find any gaps in your set makeup.
If you have an issue with your golf game, Brad Redding is fielding reader questions at brad@bradreddinggolf.com and will provide answers directly and in future tips.
