True Blue Golf Club and Caledonia Golf & Fish Club are again hosting Golfweek Magazine’s Program Challenge for a fifth straight year this upcoming Sunday through Tuesday.

The tournament features 18 NCAA Division I men’s and women’s squads from 10 states, including the defending overall team champion Old Dominion.

The men will compete at True Blue and the women will play Caledonia, and the tournament is unique in that it hands out trophies for the low men’s team, low women’s team and low collegiate program, which is determined by the school’s men’s and women’s combined total score.

Joining Old Dominion in the scheduled field are Austin Peay State, Bethune-Cookman, Campbell, Elon, Gardner-Webb, Houston Baptist, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), Jacksonville, Jacksonville State, James Madison, Marshall, Mercer, Morehead State, Radford, Stetson, Tennessee Tech and Valparaiso.

Last year, Jacksonville State then-senior Tomasz Anderson shot a 12-under 60 at True Blue to set the course record by three strokes.

The tournament is open and free to spectators.
