Inman’s Phillips, Buford, Ga.’s Thompson lead at Dustin Johnson World Junior

Inman’s Trent Phillips shot a 1-over 73 Saturday to retain the lead after two rounds of the Dustin Johnson World Junior TPC Myrtle Beach.

He was at 4-under 140 heading into Sunday’s final round.

Buford, Ga.’s Skylar Thompson shot a 2-over 74 to build a two-stroke lead heading into the final round.

She was at even-par 144.
