Myrtle Beach area has nine of America’s top 200 courses, according to Golfweek

Three Myrtle Beach area golf courses have been honored as among the Top 100 in America by Golfweek magazine.

The Dunes Golf & Beach Club (24th), Caledonia Golf & Fish Club (27th) and True Blue Golf Club (63rd) were named as some of America’s best layouts.

The magazine also released the “Next 100,” which was layouts ranked 101-200 and several area courses were on the list.

Those included: Legends Moorland (116); Myrtle Beach National King’s North (120); Barefoot Resort Dye Course (142); Grande Dunes Resort Course (149); Barefoot Resort Love Course (193) and Barefoot Resort Fazio Course (194).
