Lundy, Byrd fail to qualify for Final Stage of Web.com Qualifying

Little River’s Patrick Lundy and Murrells Inlet’s Zack Byrd both failed to qualify for the Final Stage of the Web.com Qualifying Tournament, coming up short of making the top 18 and ties Friday.

Lundy shot a final-round 7-over 78 to drop out of contention and finish tied for 36th at even-par 284 at Plantation Reserve Golf Course & Club in Plantation, Fla.

Byrd shot a final-round even-par 72 to finish tied for 57th at 2-over 290 at Southern Hills Plantation Club in Brooksville, Fla.
