Lundy tied for second, Byrd tied for 49th at Web.com Q-school

Patrick Lundy was tied for second after Tuesday’s first round of the Second Stage of the Web.com Qualifying Tournament.

The Little River native shot 4-under 67 at Plantation Preserve Golf Course & Club in Plantation, Fla., to sit one stroke behind Matt Harmon of Hudsonville, Mich.

Meanwhile, Zack Byrd was tied for 49th after the first round of the Second Stage of qualifying at Southern Hills Plantation Club in Brooksville, Fla.

The Murrells Inlet resident and Coastal Carolina alumnus shot 1-over 73.

The top 18 qualifying positions and ties – after four rounds – from each site advance to the Final Qualifying Stage.
