Coastal Carolina women’s soccer posts shutout in home opener

Kayla Christian, Amber Adams, Alexis Siegel and Alexis Magruder each scored goals as the Coastal Carolina women’s soccer team defeated Wofford 4-0 in its home opener Sunday night.

Becca Austin (1-0-1) earned the victory in goal with 75 shutout minutes; Morgan Divine closed out the rest of the minutes in goal.

The Chanticleers (1-0-1) tied Furman in their season opener Friday.
