Coastal Carolina softball knocked out in Big South semifinals

The Coastal Carolina softball team’s season came to an end in the semifinals of the Big South tournament Saturday, losing 10-2 to Longwood.

Morgan Noad drove in a run for the Chants (37-22) to conclude her career with 217 RBIs.

Coastal’s Taty Forbes went 2-for-3 at the plate to set a CCU and Big South single-season record with 104 hits for the season.
