Coastal Carolina football team falls to No. 8 in both FCS polls

Following Saturday’s 33-25 loss to Charleston Southern, the Coastal Carolina football team fell to No. 8 in both the FCS Coaches and STATS FCS polls.

Prior to the loss the Chants were No. 1 in the FCS Coaches poll and No. 2 in the STATS FCS rankings.

It was the 25th consecutive week that Coastal was a consensus top-10 program.
