Celebrating senior day, the Coastal Carolina volleyball team sent its elder statesmen out on a high note in their final game at the HTC Center.

Men’s soccer team earns draw vs. Radford

A Halloween home tilt for the No. 9/10 Coastal Carolina men’s soccer team proved fruitless, the squad playing to a 0-0 draw against Big South foe Radord.

Neither side found much room to operate in the match, combining for eight shot attempts and four shots on goal.

The Chanticleers’ best chance came in the 69th minute, when Tommy Gudmundsson’s header off a corner kick was cradled by Radford net minder Pouseu Blanco.

With the result, Radford earns at least a share of the Big South title.

Coastal, which now moves to 12-1-2 overall and 6-1-1 in conference play, must win in at High Point on Wednesday. The match is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be carried on the Big South Network.
