Volleyball

Coastal Carolina’s Leah Hardeman was named Big South Volleyball Player of the Week.

Hardeman tallied 30 kills (5 per set) in wins over Radford and Liberty last week.

Football

The Coastal Carolina football team remained No. 1 in the FCS Coaches poll and jumped from No. 3 to No 2 in the STAT FCS poll.

Men’s soccer

▪ Coastal Carolina centerback Tommy Gudmundsson was named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week.

Gudmundsson helped the Chants keep Campbell from getting a shot on goal in his 56 minutes and helped keep Liberty from getting a shot on goal all match in wins last week. Gudmundsson also scored in the win over the Flames.

▪ Coastal Carolina remained No. 111 in the College Soccer News National Top-30 poll.
