Cross country

The Coastal Carolina men’s cross country to placed 14th in the 18-team Wake Forest Invitational on Friday.

The Chants’ Josh Small finished 72nd (26:36), Zach Hensel placed 120th (27:58), Riaz Taylor finished 124th (28:01), Elijah Shaw placed 134th (28:25) and Charles Bascom was 152nd (29:50).

On the women’s side, Coastal’s Kayla Tracy placed 130th (25:31) and Taylor Creagh finished 142nd (26:14).

Volleyball

Coastal Carolina 3, (at) Radford 0: Eszter Nagy had 12 kills, Leah Hardeman had 11 and Annayka Legros added 10 as the Chants topped the Highlanders 25-19, 25-21, 26-25.
