Women’s golf

The Coastal Carolina women’s golf team moved into first place in the Palmetto Intercollegiate after shooting a second-round 285.

The Chanticleers – led by first-place individual Malene Krolboll Hansen (73-69–142) – were at 1-over 577, six strokes ahead of second-place Mississippi.

The Chants’ Marie Lunackova (70) was tied for second (143), Stephanie Henning (71) was tied for 11th (145), Damla Bilgic (75) was tied for 13th (147) and Barbora Bakova (76) was tied for 56th (155).
