South Carolina has added another wide receiver for quarterback LaNorris Sellers.

On Saturday, On3 reported that Holy Cross WR transfer Charly Mullaly has signed with South Carolina, becoming the 21st transfer to join the Gamecocks since the portal opened on Jan. 2.

As a junior for Holy Cross in 2025, Mullaly played in just five games, catching 17 passes for 189 yards and one touchdown.

A 6-foot, 195-pound pass catcher from New York, Mullaly will have at least two years of eligibility remaining.

He becomes the third wide receiver South Carolina has landed in the transfer portal this offseason, joining Jayden Gibson (Oklahoma) and Nitro Tuggle (Purdue).

That trio will be a part of an experienced South Carolina wide receiving corps. Though the Gamecocks lost Vandrevius Jacobs (transferred to Miami) and Brian Rowe Jr. (transferred to UCLA), the Gamecocks return senior Nyck Harbor, junior Mazeo Bennett Jr. and sophomores Jayden Sellers and Donovan Murph.

Mullaly, who was mostly a slot receiver at Holy Cross, should have the opportunity to compete with some of the Gamecocks’ youngsters for playing time.
