Duke Blue Devils quarterback Riley Leonard looks to pass during the second half of the Blue Devils’ game against North Carolina on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, at Wallace Wade Stadium in Durham, N.C.

Though far more competitive than its been the last two seasons, Duke finds itself on another ACC losing streak it desperately wants to end this weekend.

Losers of consecutive ACC games by three points each, the Blue Devils (4-3, 1-2 ACC) play at Miami Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at Hard Rock Stadium.

After winning their ACC opener 38-17 over Virginia on Oct. 1 to end a 13-game ACC losing streak, the Blue Devils lost 23-20 in overtime at Georgia Tech before a heart-breaking 38-35 loss to rival North Carolina on Saturday night at Wallace Wade Stadium.

Miami (3-3, 1-1 ACC) righted its season on Saturday, beating Virginia Tech, 20-14, to halt a three-game losing streak.

This is a key game for both teams as they seek to win six wins and gain bowl eligibility.
