“Girls Girls Girls” Myrtle Beach structure not family-friendly

I live in the Arcadia Ridge subdivision located right off of the “Restaurant Row” section of Myrtle Beach. Since we live directly off Chestnut Road, we must drive by the dilapidated “Thee Doll House” structure with it's offensive “Girls Girls Girls” sign multiple times a day.

I cannot imagine that this structure depicts the family image that Myrtle Beach is striving to create. The structure needs to be condemned. Does the county not have the means to cite the owners for failure to maintain their property? The building appears to have imploded into itself and surely poses a hazard.

Why does this eyesore exist? What can be done? An email to Horry County District 2 County Commissioner Bill Howard has gone unanswered.

The governing jurisdiction needs to take immediate action to clean up this property and place a lien against it to recoup the cost.
