Politicians looked petty grilling FBI director over Clinton emails
May I express my greatest respect and gratitude to FBI Director James Comey in the way he handled the hearing before the U.S. Congress. The Republican congressman tried every which way to entrap him. It was sad to see how low people can go to hurt somebody because they are from the other party.
I do not like what Hillary Clinton did; she should have known better, being in politics for so many years and being an attorney herself. But put yourself in her position. Hundreds of people are in constant contact with her, 24/7, so mistakes can be made. The same goes for Comey. He is only the messenger.
After many months and a lot of wasted taxpayer money, plus hundreds of FBI people working this case, the investigation came to the conclusion we are all aware of.
I think that all those congressmen looking for blood should look in their own backyard. I am sure they will find plenty of it.
Again, Director Comey, my hat is off to you for the way you handled that hearing.
However, some people in Congress should be ashamed of themselves.
