Goldfinch, strong on abortion, true conservative, right for S.C. Senate

I am writing in support of Stephen Goldfinch for S.C. Senate.

I have known Stephen for many years. Stephen and his wonderful wife, Renee, have one lovely daughter and a baby boy coming soon. He stands strongly against abortion. Stephen was a co-sponsor of the Pain Capable Unborn Child Act, which the General Assembly just recently passed. The bill reduces legal abortions and prohibits all abortions after 20 weeks.

Stephen believes in lower taxes and introduced the S.C. Fair Tax Act that would have eliminated the state income tax on individuals and businesses. He has also been one of the leaders in House and Senate ethics reform, particularly regarding campaign finance. He believes strongly in term limits as well.

I have supported Stephen since he ran for S.C. House Representative 108. He has been busy introducing, sponsoring, and co-sponsoring many bills during his two terms as our representative. Stephen goes above and beyond, and he takes his commitment to his constituents very seriously. I particularly like the way he keeps his constituents informed about what is going on in the legislature through a weekly email. If you just give him your email address he will send updates to you as well. He is a true conservative and has the experience needed to do the job.

That is why I am supporting Stephen Goldfinch for S.C. Senate on Tuesday, June 14, election day.
