Writer believes that parking decals make pay parking fair
My daughter was visiting this week from California and I was talking about the beach parking fees. She said that in Huntington Beach, Calif., anyone can buy a parking decal for $200 for the year.
It doesn't matter where you live, anyone can buy the decal and enjoy the beach. Maybe this is a solution for Myrtle Beach so that it is fair to all beach lovers, not just to the people who live in Myrtle Beach proper.
