Here we go again: a giveaway of taxpayer dollars. To give Saundra Rhodes $60,000 for early retirement was ridiculous. If she was not performing her duties in a satisfactory manner, she should have been moved to another position or dismissed.

Every county employee who is 19 months or less from retirement should insist that they receive the same treatment as Ms. Rhodes, so they may pursue other employment opportunities.
