Confessions of a snowbird: Recycle more, respect your peers

I am a Canadian who stays three months in Myrtle Beach, and since I pay taxes in those months I am entitled to my opinion.

Congratulations to the city for the recycling bins on the beach. Now pass a law to force hotels and restaurants to recycle.
