Trump speaks the truth we all need to hear
I am a proud member of the party of “no,” but not in the way that you think I mean it. I mean no more Hillary-promised freebees, no more Bernie's you ain't gotta pay for nothing.
Let's get real here and make people earn what they get. There is no such thing as a free ride through life, although we are now on that very dangerous path. There are those out there who are absolutely in need and they should be helped without a doubt. However, welfare only goes so far, and for so long. There is such a thing as work and maybe even two or three jobs if necessary. That is where pride in yourself comes from.
There is a reason Trump's message is reaching some people, excuse me, a whole lot of people. He is telling the God's honest truth. Whether we like it or not, whether we believe it or not, our country is going to hell in a handbasket, and Trump is pointing it out in not such a nice way.
We have no respect, our allies can't count on us, our enemies laugh at us, we owe nearly $20 trillion, and the Democratic candidates want to give away even more. What are we thinking here? We can't survive all these giveaway promises. We have to tighten the belt buckle, not loosen it or take it off completely so that our pants fall completely off.
Trump may not be saying things in a nice way. We don't even have to like him, but he is telling this country one undeniable truth and that is that we are in a state of emergency in a whole lot of ways. If the bombings and shootings in Paris and Belgium, and the terrorist attack in California, among a few other attacks, didn't wake you up to the reality of what he is saying, not to mention our financial crisis, then God help us.
We don't need a nice guy or a Barbie Doll who lets people die on her watch and then lies about it among other lies in the Oval Office. We need someone who will make tough decisions, who will be surrounded by good decision-makers, and yes, we need a stubborn so and so like Trump who is going to kick butt if the job isn't done.
