iPhone demand has precedents
The reasoning which argues that forcing Apple to create something that doesn’t exist is a form of forced labor and therefore is unconstitutional seems to ignore some precedents, e.g., the wartime draft, strike-breaking in wartime, developing the nonexistent atomic bomb, etc.
Creativity is human effort, just like carrying a weapon in combat. We are at war and if a formal declaration is necessary, let the President and Congress make it.
