Political calls driving me up the wall
So happy to hear that I am not the only one being overwhelmed with phone calls - all types - from politicians, polling companies, survey agencies, and now, local and state politicians stumping for the actual still-running candidates and now, also in two languages.
I pay to have a phone, I should have the sanctity of my home to eat, rest, read, sleep and simply enjoy my life there without all this invasion. I have been averaging 6-15 calls a day, getting worse, now in Spanish. How intrusive can they be? I feel politician-boarded. At least I can turn off the TV or radio; why can't they leave my phone alone?
I was down to one candidate that hadn't used the phone approach on my answering machine, but that was ruined yesterday Wednesday. Now I have no voting to do! I hate then all! When I an elected President, the first thing I will do is write a law that prohibits this practice. This is a non-funded statement and I approve this message!
