Why regulate mo-peds but not trailers?
I cannot understand the mentality of the state lawmakers. They will not make trailers - some as large as trucks, some open with no flags or lights - pay for tags because, their words, “they are used for their jobs.”
But now they want to have all the same rules and regulations as cars on mo-peds that most mo-ped owners use to get to their jobs. I am not in love with having either one on the roads, but fair is fair. Wake up and look at the whole picture.
