Imparting voting wisdom for all generations

I am 87 years old and I have a few hints for voters. This is a wonderful country; I love it and respect our freedom. My heart goes out to all of our service men and women who also believe this and were away from their families at Christmas.

My hints are:

1. We do not need a woman president at this time; true, Hillary is a smart lady, but with her, we'll have the same thing we have now. Do we want that? My answer is no.

2. Minimum wage should be $10 per hour.

3. Allow legal marriages of one man and one woman only. All others should be called “arrangement,” “unit,” or anything other than a marriage. Why? Because they can't reproduce children, which is what our Christian values demand.

4. Require legal immigrants to become citizens within a certain time period, and require them to speak English. If they can't or won't, send them back to their country.

5. Those who are here now on a green card visa need to be dealt with and sent home if the green card has expired.

Hopefully our government will get a grip on all these things, which will help get America back to the status of long ago.
