It’s Merry Christmas from four women

Many times we speak about the “Silent Majority.” We need to break up this barrier.

We are a group of women, who at lunch were discussing why we have relinquished the greeting of “Merry Christmas” just to be politically correct. We do not want to be politically correct any more. Our view is “Merry Christmas” is the appropriate message we want to relate. As Christians, we do not comment on other religious groups for their beliefs.

In the same way, we don’t want to be denied our belief that this is Jesus Christ’s birthday (Christ Mass.) At a recent show at the Alabama Theater, it was publicly acknowledged as “Merry Christmas.” Let us all continue to express our opinions openly and let no one be upset by this very special holiday that all of us love. Merry Christmas.
