Writer thankful for care given by hospital

I recently spent four days at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital in 2 East and cannot say enough about the wonderful treatment I received from a number of caring nurses and other support staff. Their concern and dedication to my comfort and well-being went beyond the norm.

My thanks to the charge nurse, nurses and nurse assistants, and for the assistance in the emergency room from the doctors and two nurses. Thanks also to Dr. Philip Bestic who oversaw my recovery while covering for my primary care physician. To all, again, thank you so much.
