Writer offers ideas to fix intersection traffic
Close down the U.S. 17 Bypass entrance to Shetland Lane. No more left turns going southbound. Add a U-turn at the Farrow Parkway light, then have only right turns from Shetland to 17 Bypass north.
To go southbound, turn left onto Shopping Center 600, to Fred Nash Road, to Farrow and then to 17 Bypass south. Please, no traffic light.
