SC legislature right to forgo tax hike for roads
Congratulations to the State Legislature for not approving tax hikes to improve roads with no real plan of what needs to be done or what it will cost.
Just filling pot holes does not require tax increases. If you really want to see bad roads go north from Virginia to New York; makes our roads look good. Fund specific projects, not broad general claims by construction lobbyists.
