Don’t let Charleston trash us
Horry county clearly has enough trash of our own to contend with. Who will profit most by taking Charleston's trash? Could it be Waste Management? Could it be recipients of political contributions?
Who will be the losers in this ploy? Clearly it would be the Horry county residents who will have to put up with the increased traffic and safety issues that will only grow once this begins.
As Charleston produces more trash as they grow, so goes the amount of trash that is produced, thus the amount of Waste Management traffic we contend with.
Charleston's trash is Charleston’s problem - let's not make it ours. We have problems of our own.
