Letter: It’s time to throw the bums out

They don’t have the funds that extremists have for their propaganda. But we can make a noise at the next election.

If a president is only allowed two terms, why do congressmen, senators and even judges keep re-running for election, year after year. Entrenched in their offices, they are only interested in the “gravy train.” Getting paid taxpayer money for saying “no,” ecause their party tells them to.

Getting paid off by lobbyists to vote their way — no matter the good to the country.

It’s time for the people to stand up at the election box and make a noise. Like old granddaddy used to say “Throw the bums out!”
