Letter | Send Tyler Servant to S.C. State House

Send Tyler Servant to State House

Editor’s note: Tyler Servant and Russell Fry are vying for the S.C. House District 106 seat during a runoff election Tuesday.

Tyler Servant is my kind of leader. He does more than talk; he gets things done. He is the most conservative member of Horry County Council and is exactly what we need in Columbia.

He’s not afraid to stand up to the power brokers and say no to endless spending and raising taxes.

Tyler comes from the business community, and tourism. His opponent, Russell Fry, is a nice guy, but he's a lawyer and a party activist. The State House is full of folks like that.

Tyler also has a great work ethic and reputation for honesty. He has shaken the most hands and knocked on the most doors in every campaign. Even though Fry and his out-of-town backers are out spending Tyler, don’t be surprised to see the best man win again.
