Confederate flag on truck gives business a bad name

For the past two weekends here in Myrtle Beach I have spotted a white pick-up truck flying the Confederate flag. I surmised the driver is making a statement because the flag is enormous, about the size of flags attached to flag poles. The sight of him rolling along the road trying to drawing attention to a symbol of treason and racism got me fired up. And embarrassed to be a white person.

I realize he has the right to attach the flag to his personal property. But why does he want to do it? Especially when the name of his business is posted on the side of his truck. I know I would never use the services of his company. He has shown the kind of person he is.
