Tent ban drives regular visitor away

I am on an extended vacation to North Myrtle Beach with 10 of my family members, including my 11-month-old son, who was born prematurely.

I was absolutely appalled when we found out we could not have a 3x3 open-faced tent on the beach to shade our son from the sun while enjoying this area’s great beaches, as we have in years past.

We will keep this ordinance in mind when planning our future family events - and take our money to a city that cares about our family.

This week will be out last trip to Myrtle Beach.
