Rice, cohorts need to learn to live within the budget

Congressman Tom Rice, please read the following:

Are you kidding me? You want to raise the gas tax. How about learning to live on what you currently take in. What a novel idea. The regular folks are desperately trying to do the same. Have the nerve to tell your cohorts the same thing and mean it.

If you need help in developing a speech before the Congress. I can help you. I am the one who said that the entire gang of 545 should be replaced, period. Sounds like a solid idea.
