Out-of-state drivers don’t respect our laws

I know that when North Carolinians buy a beach home here on the Grand Strand they must be exempt from some South Carolina traffic laws, such as stopping at stop signs and not having to yield at yield signs.

But shouldn't they at least have to stop for red lights?

Just asking.
