Sun Communities, Lakeside Crossing are a good marriage

My wife and I have resided in Lakeside Crossing for almost eight years. This response is directed towards the unfair criticism of our development recently published in your paper.

We can honestly say that during this time we have found the streets, common areas, tennis courts, huffleboard area, paddle boats, and of course our two huge clubhouses which house our banquet rooms, library and computer rooms, indoor pool, gym, arts and craft rooms, pub and billiards area, to always be in as pristine condition as possible, considering the size of our development.

Sobelco, the parent company of our development, has sold their interest to Sun Communities, since, to the best of our knowledge, all construction has been completed (as was done in our sister communities in Dover, Del. and Cape May, N.J).

We wish them well in their new venture in Boca Raton, Fla. and welcome Sun Communities to Lakeside Crossing. We also would like to thank Sun Communities for their recent nice letter of introduction.
