Why is Obama spending so much taxpayer money?

Editor’s note: According to FactCheck.org, Michelle Obama may or may not have the largest staff of any First Lady. She has a staff of 24, which commands a total salary of $1.6 million, compared with 19 staffers for Hillary Clinton. Laura Bush had at least 18 and as many as 24 staffers; their salaries amounted to at least $1.4 million.

I wonder if the adoring crowds at Tuskegee University, listening to First Lady Michelle Obama's speech talk about the “slights” she and her husband endured in the past, know how “Queen Michelle” lives now - on our money and ignored by our liberal press.

She has a personal staff of 22 compared to other first ladies who had one. Hilary Clinton had three.

This is outrageous.

That's 22 people waiting on her hand and foot, to the tune of $1,591,200 in annual salaries. She and President Obama have broken all previous records with their super-extravagant and frequent vacations, all on our dime. She shows an arrogance and bitterness and lack of love for this country in almost everything she does, and rather than holding her up as a role model, perhaps these young students should take a really hard look at the real Michelle and get some facts regarding her past actions. Then and only then can they make an intelligent decision about our First Lady.
