Conway wellness center closing sad - but good

I've read several letters in The Sun New publication regarding the closing of Conway Medical Center's gym, the Wellness Center.

My wife and I have been using the center for more than 5 years. We've meet some very nice people there, some of whom we've become good friends with.

Initially we, too, were sorry to learn of its closing, and sorry for the people who must find other employment. However, in retrospect, the center did us a big favor by giving us the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends at the new gym we've joined.

The new gym has more, newer machines, is much cleaner, has personal TVs on all bikes and treadmills, and is a quarter of the price we were paying at the Wellness Center.

I would hope those remaining members of the center find its closing a positive move as we have.
