Don’t over-regulate South Carolina

So you want to require inspections and license plates for utility trailers ? How about vehicle emission tests and state safety inspections?

While we're at it, throw in red light cameras and speed cameras. South Carolina can then be like our northern cousins and everybody can flee to somewhere with less regulation - not to mention the costs of everything requireing transportation would have to rise.
