Unfair ticketing in Surfside Beach

I have been a resident of Surfside Beach for four years. I have been disabled for eighteen years and use a handicap placard for parking. I have never been ticketed until recently at the Surfside Pier lot.

My companion and I parked in the designated blue spot but avoided two men on bicycles next to the wall. We got my wheelchair out (with plenty of room) and went into the diner for lunch. Imagine our surprise when we came out and found an orange ticket for $25 stating we were on some of the cross lines. I am the one in the wheelchair and I had no problem!
