Legalize marijuana, use ‘sin’ tax to fix roads
Hey, South Carolina,
You won't raise taxes on gas? You won't raise taxes on cigarettes? You know the roads are deplorable; they really suck!
So here's what you do: legalize marijuana. Charge 10 cents on the dollar in taxes to fix the roads.
Use the “sin tax” for roads only.
Soon, people will be telling others how great South Carolina roads are.
Sorry? Too simple? We'll muddle through while you twiddle your thumbs.
You know the NIKE slogan? Just do it!
