So, let me get this straight. Santee Cooper caused the power outages. On purpose.

Hurricane Matthew never happened. Or if it did, it was Santee Cooper's fault.

And you lost $100 worth of food?

I'm sure those whose homes are still underwater feel very sorry for you.
