Tom Rice has served the Seventh Congressional District well
I would like to personally thank Rep. Tom Rice for his immediate response to the problems and heartache affecting the citizens of Horry County. He answers his phone, he is responsive, he cares, and I have seen him moved to tears.
I think we are most fortunate to have a person such as Tom Rice representing Horry County, and I thank him for his service.
