Recent decisions by The Sun News have been insensitive
I found the front page exploitation and photo of five guys showing off their ability to kill an alligator as another example, by the leadership of The Sun News, of poor logical thinking and sensitivity.
I served two tours in Vietnam, one with the First Infantry Division. If these hunters want a fair battle versus killing for sport, take that route.
As a boater, I am familiar with the area where this gator was killed - it's not Disney, where you had justification - and they are no threat to others in their habitat, which, remember, is their home.
But to glamorize it with a front-page story and multiple photos is disgusting and certainly not news. When combined with the front-page photo you ran recently of the Navy veteran who is still recovering from the October 2015 floods, indicates a lack of sensitivity by your editors. Shame on you.
