Re-electing Sheriff Cribb in Georgetown an easy call
It's election time folks and I urge everyone to go to the polls and vote for Sheriff Lane Cribb.
Sheriff Cribb has worked in law enforcement for more than 40 years and he's just completing his sixth term as the sheriff of Georgetown County. H's done an outstanding job of safeguarding our citizens and just recently was given the 2016 Strom Thurmond Award for excellence in law enforcement.
This award was established by Sen. Strom Thurmond in 1983 to recognize law enforcement officers whose performance demonstrated the highest ideals of excellence in professional law enforcement. With times like they are, we need a man of experience for sheriff and Lane Cribb is just such a man. So please, when you vote on election day, show your appreciation for the hard work and the dedication Sheriff Cribb has given to all of us and re-elect him to a seventh term as the sheriff of Georgetown County.
