No better place to live than along the Grand Strand
I played baseball for Coastal Carolina University in the spring of 2014. Fast forward two years, and I was marrying the love of my life, Jana Berry, in Antigua in July as the Chanticleers were winning the national championship. That would have been my last year on the team but four wrist surgeries forced me to hang up the cleats.
I am now 24 years old and building a life in the Grand Strand area with my wife. Finding a passion in what you do everyday is something that everyone is striving for. Working in the financial services industry, my goal is to provide people peace of mind financially. Although I no longer play baseball, I love living in Myrtle Beach and think this is one of the greatest places in the country to live a beautiful life.
Giving back to the community is very important to me and I hope this letter will inspire someone to continue to live here.
Reid Mathews, North Myrtle Beach
