GOP: Have you no decency?
In 1954, the Army chief of council, asked Sen. Joe McCarthy, “Sir, have you no sense of decency?” in response to McCarthy's misuse of official power to destroy his political enemies.
Recently, Congressman Kevin McCarthy, a Republican, stated on national television that the purpose of the Benghazi Committee was to “bring down Hillary Clinton.” No mention of doing anything for the country, correcting a wrong or any problem. The action was designed and implemented purely and solely, to harm Clinton.
Republicans have investigated, re-investigated and even investigated the leader of the FBI because he found no reason to prosecute Clinton.
Whenever Clinton is cleared of one thing, Republicans quickly start another witch-hunt, trying to destroy a former secretary of state, U.S. senator and first lady.
Decency demands that people of both political parties demand that the relentless persecution of Hillary be stopped. She also has emotions, bleeds red, hurts and loves and has constitutional rights.
These Republican committees are nothing more then committees of persecution. Do you have no sense of decency?
